Made to order: Average lead time is 5–10 business days before shipping. Some items (e.g., bags) may take longer—see the product page for current estimates.

Carriers: USPS, UPS, and FedEx with tracking emailed at dispatch.

Free shipping: Orders $75+ ship free in the U.S.

International: Duties/taxes are collected by your local carrier and are the customer’s responsibility.

Address changes / cancellations: Email ahoy@mckayprovisions.com as soon as possible; production starts quickly and we may not be able to modify orders once in progress.

Marked delivered but missing: Please allow 48 hours, check with neighbors, then contact us.

Damaged in transit: Email photos and your order number within 7 days of delivery.

Because every item is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
