Manufacturing defects under normal use — such as leather tearing, stitching unraveling, or hardware failure.

General wear and tear (scratches, patina/discoloration, stretching), accidental damage, misuse, or unauthorized alterations.

We’ll repair covered issues at no charge and cover shipping both ways.

If the item is discontinued, we’ll replace it with the same model; if unavailable, you may choose an item of similar value.

Coverage applies as long as we are in business.
