Every item we make is individually made to order in our San Diego workshop. We want you to feel confident when you purchase from us — and if something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.

Returns

You may return your item for a refund or store credit if:

• It is unused and in original condition (no creasing, wear, or conditioning)

• You contact us within 14 days of delivery

• The item is not customized or personalized

• It was not purchased on final sale / clearance

Once returned and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method (minus shipping).

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, unless the issue was due to an error on our part — then we cover it.

Exchanges

Need a different color or want to switch to a different style?

We’re happy to help.

Exchanges follow the same guidelines as returns:

• Item must be unused and not customized

• Reach out within 14 days

• Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless we made a mistake

We’ll start making the replacement once we receive the original item.

Custom & Personalized Items

Custom items are made specifically for you, and therefore:

Custom and personalized items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

This includes:

• Initials or personalization

• Custom thread colors

• Special sizing or non-standard design modifications

However — and this is important — if there is any issue with craftsmanship (stitching, hardware, construction), we will repair or replace it under our Lifetime Warranty.

Material Variations (Expected & Normal)

We use full-grain leather, which carries natural character:

• Grain texture

• Small markings, bug or bat bites, starch marks, scars, and other naturally occurring marks from the life of the animal or the tanning process

• Color shade variation

• Patina development over time

These traits are not defects — they are the hallmark of real leather and part of the beauty of owning something meant to age with you.
