All-Natural Leather Balm
For leather that’s seen some things.
This is a hand-mixed leather balm built for daily-carry leather goods that live hard—wallets, belts, boots, bags, and heirloom pieces that see sun, sweat, salt air, dust, bar tops, glove compartments, and miles of wear.
Our all-natural leather balm fuses triple-filtered American beeswax, raw African shea butter, and prime-pressed cacao butter with cold-pressed almond oil to repair, protect, and restore leather, while helping it resist water, grime, and everyday weather—without clogging pores, over-darkening, or leaving a greasy residue.
The result is a durable, breathable finish with a quiet, hand-rubbed sheen that improves with use. It’s just as useful for freeing stiff zippers, easing weathered straps, or tending gear that’s seen salt spray, trail dust, truck beds, and long days off-grid as it is for conditioning leather.
Handmade in small batches and shipped fresh from our San Diego workshop.
Trusted by heritage tanneries, ranch hands, leatherworkers, and people who still fix their own gear.
Ingredients (Nothing Else.)
We use only materials leather has recognized for centuries:
- Sweet Almond Oil — 100% cold-pressed, non-GMO
- Raw American Beeswax — triple-filtered, uncut, from family hives
- Organic Cacao Butter — adds structure, polish, and climate stability
- Organic Unrefined African Shea Butter — deeply restorative
- Natural Vitamin E (mixed tocopherols) — stabilizes and nourishes
- Proprietary Forest Essential Oil Blend — cedar, resin, dried citrus peel
No fillers. No petroleum. No silicone. No mystery solvents.
Shelf Life: Minimum 24 months when stored sealed, cool, and dry. Natural ingredients may firm in cold or soften in heat—performance remains unchanged.
How to Use
Before full application:
We recommend testing on a small, inconspicuous area to preview results before full application.
- Clean — Make sure leather is clean and completely dry.
- Warm — Scrape a small amount and warm between fingers.
- Apply — Work into leather using slow, circular motion.
- Set — Let absorb for 5–10 minutes.
- Buff — Soft cloth or horsehair brush to desired sheen.
Maintenance:
Daily carry → every 4–6 weeks
Belts & bags → every 2–3 months
Dress leather → as needed
Scratches, Wear & What to Expect
For deeper scratches or scuffs, apply a slightly heavier coat and work it into the mark. Let cure overnight, then buff. This allows the oils and waxes to settle back into the leather’s fiber structure—helping the scratch blend rather than simply covering it.
Note: Leather may darken as it absorbs balm and often settles back within 24 hours.
Always test a hidden spot first and allow 24 hours before full application.
